The Lucky House Group Home in Delray Beach is an APD Group Home for adults with developmental disabilities. Our staff is professionally trained and has extensive experience in caring for adults with autism, Down syndrome, spina bifida, cerebral palsy, Phelan-McDermid syndrome, and Prader-Will syndrome. With only six residents per home, our PCMA-trained staff can dedicate the time and attention required to care for residents' individual emotional, mental, and physical health. Furthermore, The Lucky House is fully accessible, and we are always prepared to make special arrangements to ensure our residents’ comfort and safety. This immaculate home features a spacious modern kitchen, a comfortable living area with family dining, laundry facilities, and a tropically landscaped backyard.

Lucky House residents live an active lifestyle in a quiet neighborhood near the beach, parks, restaurants, and shops. While we take day trips all over South Florida on a regular basis, there is plenty to do in the Southridge neighborhood and surrounding areas:

  • Atlantic Dunes Park offers a pristine beach supervised by lifeguards, a boardwalk, a nature trail through the dunes, and a picnic area. The city provides surf chairs to improve accessibility for beachgoers with wheelchairs.
