Why Private Residential Care?
Benefits of Our Private Residential Care Homes
At Noels Residence, we go above and beyond to provide private residential care that is tailored to the needs and preferences of our clients. We understand that every young adult has a different path to independence. This can often include challenges that may seem unsurmountable to some. It is the mission of our private group homes for adults with developmental disabilities to assist each client in achieving their maximum level of independent living. Our clients come to us with diverse challenges, and we pride ourselves on our ability to adapt, challenge and foster optimum growth in every aspect of development.
Our many years of experience with governed regulations have taught us the benefit of a structured program complete with precise data collection, stringent documentation, and goal tracking. However, it is our in-depth understanding of individualized treatment plans and the benefits associated with tailored service that led us to establish our flagship private residential care facility. The new transitional living program at NRGH provides a unique approach to truly adapting our services to the needs of each client in an unprecedented way. And while we will continue to apply the principles and structure of a regulated program, we will celebrate the autonomy of privately directed care where the client is the focus and the beneficiary. In doing so, we recognize that success is best measured by individual goal achievement and longevity of progress. Our team looks forward to working with you to customize a program that considers the individuality of your loved one, and we consider it a tremendous honor to be a part of their growth.
Through our private care option, we can provide quality residential group home care to our residents without any unnecessary hurdles along the way.

Well-Rounded Lifestyle
The well-rounded lifestyle afforded to our residents is what really sets our group homes apart. Our residents don’t simply exist; they truly live! While there are plenty of recreational activities within our group homes, we still go out in the community daily. We facilitate lifelong education with trips to libraries, museums, and nature centers. Residents enjoy beach days, picnics in the park, and trips to the zoo. We stay active with regular bike rides, long walks through nature trails, and visits to the community center gym. Many of our residents also belong to the local soccer league. Sometimes it’s just about having fun, so we head over to an amusement park, a festival, the movies, or the bowling alley. We also dine out once a week, taking advantage of the diverse cuisine in our area.
